1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Trustify Market website, application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the platform.
2. Services Offered
Trustify provides a secure escrow marketplace linking buyers and sellers. We hold purchase funds securely until fulfillment and description accuracy are confirmed by both parties.
3. User Accounts & Verification
To access certain features of Trustify, you must register for an account and undergo verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Payment Protection & Escrow
Trustify acts as a neutral third-party agent to facilitate secure payments. Funds are safely held in our protected escrow accounts and will only be disbursed to the seller once the buyer has verified and approved delivery.
5. Dispute Resolution
In the event of disagreement between parties, either side can open a dispute. Trustify support will review evidence submitted (such as shipment logs, tracking, and photo updates) to decide a fair settlement.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from listing illegal items, engaging in money laundering, circumventing the platform payment system, or harassing other platform members. Violation leads to instant ban.
